7. If Apple violates these Terms, Apple will only be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer, to the extent that such loss or damage was a foreseeable consequence for you and Apple at the time you agreed to these Terms. In addition, Apple and its affiliates will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue; loss of actual or expected profits (including loss of profits from contracts); loss of use of money; loss of expected savings; loss of business; loss of opportunities; loss of clientele; loss of reputation; loss, corruption or corruption of data; or the costs of restoring, programming, or restoring programs or data stored or used with your product, as well as the failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on your product. Unless you provide further instructions, Apple will send your repaired or replacement product to the mailing address you provided when authorizing the Service. If your product is returned to Apple because delivery to the specified address could not be made, Apple will attempt to contact you to obtain a different mailing address.
If you do not provide an address to which Apple or its agent may deliver your Product within sixty (60) days of the initial delivery attempt (see the Variations by Country sections below, for all applicable exceptions), Apple will notify you that Apple will consider your Product cancelled. Apple will send a notification to the mailing address you provided when you authorized the service. In the event that your product is discontinued, Apple may dispose of your product in accordance with applicable legal requirements and, in particular, sell your product in a private or public sale to pay for the overdue services. Apple reserves its legal and other statutory privileges for unpaid fees. You can obtain Apple-certified repairs and services from the Apple Store or one of our Apple Authorized Service Providers. You can also send your iPhone to an Apple Repair Center. Technicians at all of these sites are trained by Apple. They offer the same high-quality service as genuine Apple parts. You can repair a cracked iPhone screen at an Apple Store, apple authorized service provider, or by sending it to an Apple repair center. If Apple repairs your product under a warranty or extended service contract, the repairs are covered only by the terms of the warranty or extended service agreement and applicable law. If there is a defect in a replacement part during the warranty period of the part, Apple will, in its sole discretion, (1) repair the part using new, used or refurbished spare parts, (2) replace the part with an equivalent new, used or refurbished part, or (3) refund the market value of the part as determined by Apple. THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND SUPERSEDE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO REPAIR PARTS. IN PARTICULAR, APPLE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THESE PARTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WHILE APPLE CANNOT LEGALLY EXCLUDE THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so such limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The express limited warranty on repair parts gives you certain legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province. 9. If the Service involves the transfer of information or the installation of software, you represent that you have the right to copy the information and accept the terms of the software license, and you authorize Apple to transfer the information and accept these terms on your behalf when performing the Service. 5.12 Data Protection. You agree and understand that it is necessary for Apple to collect, process and use your information to process sales, provide services and confirm compliance with applicable laws. Apple stores and uses your personal information so that you can exercise your rights in connection with the service of your Apple product and for purposes related to quality and service. Apple will not use your information for direct marketing purposes without your consent.

If Apple determines that your product is eligible for Direct Mail In, send your product to Apple`s repair service according to Apple`s instructions. Apple may provide prepaid waybills (and if you no longer have the original packaging, Apple may send you packing documents). If Apple does not provide prepaid waybills or packaging, you must arrange for your product to be shipped and packaged at Apple`s repair service point as described at the time of ordering, and you should consider insuring your package for damage or loss during shipping.
Once the service is complete, Apple Repair Service will return the repaired product or provide you with a replacement product.
