(g) Apple has implemented security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure and unlawful destruction. You are responsible for the instructions you give to Apple regarding data processing, and Apple will endeavor to comply with such instructions to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with service and support obligations under the Plan. If you do not agree with the foregoing or have any questions about the processing of your data, please contact Apple at the phone numbers provided. Regardless of your method of purchase, you can cancel this plan at any time for any reason. If you purchased your plan directly from a provider other than Apple (a ”Reseller”), contact the reseller to cancel your plan. If you purchased your plan from Apple, you may cancel it by sending a written notice with your plan contract number to AppleCare Administration, P.O. Box 149125, Austin, TX 78714-9125, USA (fax number 916-405-3973). You must send a copy of the original proof of purchase of the plan with your notice. This Agreement (the ”Plan”) governs the services provided by Apple under the above plans and includes the terms of this document, confirmation of your plan (”Plan Confirmation”) and original proof of purchase of your Plan. Your plan confirmation will be provided to you at the time of purchase. If you purchased your plan from Apple, you can get a copy of your plan confirmation by going mysupport.apple.com/products. AppleCare OS support plans provide enterprise-level incident support, defined as support for integration into heterogeneous environments; system components; network configuration and management; professional software applications; web applications and services; and technical issues that require the use of command-line tools to resolve them.1 Please note that this is the contact page for support and service, not the general page for contacting Apple that contains information about sales and product requests. For single-payment plans only, you may make a one-time permanent transfer of all your rights under the plan to another party, provided that: (i) you: (i) transfer the original proof of purchase, plan confirmation, printed plan materials and this service agreement to the other party; (ii) you notify Apple of the transfer in accordance with the instructions in the support.apple.com/en-us/HT202712 and (iii) the other party agrees to the terms of this Service Agreement. If you financed the purchase of your plan through a payment plan provider, the acquirer must assume and comply with all of the assignor`s payment obligations, and any failure by an assignee to do so will immediately trigger the applicable cancellation policy, as described in Section 9. When you notify Apple of the transfer, you must provide the plan contract number, the serial number of the covered equipment, and the name, address, phone number, and email address of the new owner. Follow the steps on your device to cancel your AppleCare plan. If you don`t see your plan when you try to cancel it, finish setting up your account.
If you`ve finished setting up your account and still don`t see your plan, contact Apple Support. If you make a valid claim during the term of the Plan by notifying Apple that the Covered Device will be due to accidental damage caused by handling as a result of an unexpected and unintentional external event (e.B. Drops and Damage Caused by Liquid Contact) (”ADH”), Subject to your payment of the service fee described below, Apple (i) will remedy the defect with new or refurbished parts equivalent to new parts in terms of performance and reliability. or (ii) replace the Covered Equipment with a replacement product that is new or equivalent in terms of performance and reliability. Every time you receive services for ADH is a ”service event”. Exclusions apply as described below. In addition, the Services for ADH will expire and all of Apple`s obligations to you under this Section will be fully fulfilled once Apple provides you with: (i) for Single Payment Plans, two (2) Service Events; or (ii) for monthly plans, two (2) service events within twenty-four (24) months (or thirty-six (36) months for Apple Watch Edition or Hermès) depending on the date of initial purchase of your plan indicated on the original proof of purchase. You will need to keep your plan confirmation document and original proof of purchase of your covered device and plan, as these are required if there are any questions about your covered device`s eligibility for coverage. The Administrator is responsible for collecting and transferring the purchase price of the Plan to AppleCare Service Company, Inc. and managing claims under the Plan. If you sell or donate your device and want to transfer your AppleCare plan to the new owner, contact Apple Support. Unless otherwise provided by applicable local law, if you have made advance payments, the cancellation will be deferred until midnight on the last day of the month for which the last monthly payment was made. AppleCare for Enterprise provides IT-level support for six technical contacts that you specify. Support is available 24/7 with one-hour response times for priority issues, such as when. B`a production department is down. You can also increase the number of technical contacts for an additional fee. You can get service or technical support by calling Apple or accessing support.apple.com/country-selector. You must provide the plan contract number or serial number of the covered device. Upon request, you will also need to provide your plan confirmation and original proof of purchase for your covered device and plan.
